Our Shipping & Returns Policies

Shipping:
Our products are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at 8% of your order total, with a minimum charge of $8.45.

You will receive a confirmation email from us when we have received your order. We will ship your order within five business days and will send you an email when it has been shipped. If you have not received your product within 7 business days after it has been shipped, please call us and we will track your order for you.

Returns:
We warrant our products for their quality and workmanship. General product warranty is 90 days from date of receipt. We manufacture them to our exacting standards and expect that they will meet yours as well. If any item in your order is received damaged we will replace it free of charge if you notify us within 15 days of the original receipt date.

Any undamaged returns must be in un-used condition and returned within seven days of receipt.

All items must be returned in their original packaging.

Prior to returning anything, you must get a Return Authorization Number by contacting us. Call or email us and we will be happy to assist you.
